Alustar Wall Access Panel – Fire Rated EI30/EI60

Fire Rated EI30 – 12.5mm
- Fire Resistance: Tested to F30/EI30 standards under DIN EN 4102-2:1977-09 and DIN EN 1364-1:1999-10.
- Fire-Resistant Plasterboard: DFH2 fire-rated plasterboard screwed as per DIN EN 520 and impregnated to DIN 18180.
- Intumescent Seal: Expands in the event of fire to prevent smoke and flame spread.
- Robust Construction: Stable aluminium frame with galvanized corner supports.
- Push Latch Opening: Simple press-to-open and close mechanism with integrated safety cable.
- Fully Removable Door: Allows easy access for maintenance and inspections.
- Custom Depths: Available upon request for unique installation requirements.
Fire Rated EI30 – 15mm
- Fire Resistance: Certified to F30/EI30 under DIN EN 4102-2 and DIN EN 1364-1.
- Features identical to the 12.5mm model with thicker 15mm DFH2 fire-rated plasterboard for added protection.
Fire Rated EI60 – 25mm
- Fire Resistance: Tested to F60/EI60 under DIN EN 4102-2:1977-09 and DIN EN 1364-1:1999-10.
- Fire-Resistant Plasterboard: 25mm DFH2 impregnated fire-rated board for maximum fire protection.
- Push Latch System: Easy press-to-open and close mechanism with safety cable.
- Intumescent Seal: Expands in case of fire, ensuring airtight and smokeproof performance.
- Robust Build: Stable aluminium profiles reinforced with galvanized corner supports.
